Fascial Stretch Therapy

FST focuses on your joint capsule health, creating space with traction, circumduction through a gentle passive movement technique. Priming your entire system superficial to deep, for optimal mobility. Prevent injuries or flare ups while increasing your range of motion, natural strength, speed and agility by influencing your Central Nervous System.

Hybrid Bodywork

The perfect blend of Fascial Stretch Therapy and Massage Therapy. Down regulating your nervous system will sooth tired and sore muscle aches, increase tissue fluidity while also addressing your superficial fascia restrictions. Perfect for those who love massage but want a greater result and a taste of FST.

Kinesio Tape

Using Rocktape will help prevent injury, give stability and reduce inflammation to compromised joints, control pain, improve posture and enhance your neuro-sensory system. Your therapist will recommend using tape to further support the results of your session

Cupping

Creating a mild suction on the tissues will increase local blood flow and boost your immune system. The negative pressure will allow for pain relief and address the most stubborn tissue adhesions. This technique is used at the therapists discretion during either an FST or Hybrid session with clients consent.

Massage Gun

Instant tension relief, bringing accelerated bursts of circulation and lymph flow to your tissues. Stimulating your neuro-sensory system to combat stiffness and spasms. Your therapist will use this at their discretion during a Fascial Stretch session.

Compression Boots

Isolated compression to your lower body, increasing circulation and metabolic exchange in your tissues. A great priming or recovery method for a tired achey body. Solo service or add on to another service

Event Priming

Designed to prime your body for speed agility and power. A combo session of Fascial Stretch and percussion gun to stimulate your nervous system for optimal performance - engaging your sympathetic nervous system to get you in high gear. A 20-30 minute in office service, or an on site service for a 5-10 min rapid priming for your team
