Never rushing our work, our standard session is 90 minutes. After further consideration of a clients needs we might recommend upgrading to a 120 minute session to further explore your mobility and release tissue restrictions.

When you integrate your self-care sessions and set up a standing appointment or have 3 or more appointments booked we offer 9% off.

Travel Rates

Yes! After an in office consultation, we can come to your home within a 10 mile radius from our office.

Bodywork only, with early request cups may be added all other services are in office only.
